Therapy for adults and couples navigating anxiety and life’s transitions
In person and online across New York State. A space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find a steadier way forward.

How I can help
Anxiety
When worry runs the show, with racing thoughts, tension, or trouble switching off, we work on understanding what drives it and making room to breathe.
Couples
For partners who feel stuck in the same arguments or distant from each other. Together we slow the pattern down and find new ways to reach each other.
Life transitions
A move, a new job, a breakup, a loss. Big changes can unsettle even steady people. Therapy gives you a place to process and choose what comes next.
My approach
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a psychodynamic lens. ACT helps you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings without letting them make your decisions, and reconnect with what matters to you. The psychodynamic side looks at how earlier experiences, and the way you grew up, shape how you relate to yourself and others today.
Together, that means practical tools for right now and a deeper understanding of why things feel the way they do.
